    SETT FRAMEWORK:
    The SETT Framework is an acronym for Student, Environment, Tasks and Tools. 
     
    The SETT Framework is a four part model intended to promote collaborative decision-making in all phases of assistive technology services design and delivery from consideration through implementation and evaluation of effectiveness.

    A proposal form is to be completed when a local District wishes to request AT devices or programs from the County Wide AT Committee. These materials should be above $500. Materials less than $500 are the responsibility of the local Districts.
    Proposals will be accepted at the AT meetings held in the months from September through April. All proposals to be approved for the current school year must be submitted on or before the April AT meeting, held on the third Friday in April.
     
    If your proposal is approved and the student will be using the device at home, please complete the Home Use Agreement once the dedicated device is received.
