    Kalamazoo Regional Educational Service Center (KRESA) is fully committed to ensuring that our entire website meets WCAG 2.0 and WAI-ARIA 1.1 requirements of ADA accessibility and compliance standards.     Kalamazoo RESA complies with all Federal laws and regulations prohibiting discrimination, and with all requirements of the U.S. Department of Education.

    NON-DISCRIMINATION

    Kalamazoo RESA prohibits discrimination against its customers, employees, and applicants for employment on the bases of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, gender identity, religion, reprisal, and where applicable, political beliefs, marital status, familial or parental status, sexual orientation, or all or part of an individual’s income is derived from any public assistance program, or protected genetic information in employment or in any program or activity conducted or funded by the Department.     Violations of the technical standard(s) used by the Resa and accessibility concerns may be reported to the Web Accessibility Coordinator. Complaints may be filed through our Section 504 and Title II grievance procedure or by contacting our Web accessibility Coordinator.
