Business Office

The Business Office exists to provide ridiculously accurate and efficient business services so that our customers can concentrate on teaching and caring for students. In other words, we nerd so you can nurture.

We provide business services to approximately 30 departments and programs within Kalamazoo RESA, as well as 10 local school districts. Business services include:

• School accounting and financial management
• Budget and grant management
• Financial audits
• Pupil accounting
• State and federal reporting
• Payroll
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
