KRESA Paving & Site Upgrades Bid 2023
Triangle Associates, Inc., Construction Manager for Kalamazoo RESA, will receive proposals from qualified contractors for the following bid packages currently being solicited: Bid Package #001 – KRESA – Paving & Site Upgrades. Bids are due no later than 1:00 pm on April 12,2023 at KRESA- ATTN: Garrett Meade., 1819 Milham Ave, Portage, MI 49002 with a public bid opening at 1:00 pm. A Pre-Bid Mtg. will be held on March 30,2023 at 3:00 pm via Zoom. Bid Bonds will be required. Payment & Performance Bonds will be required. Bid documents will be available for electronic download through Triangle’s project management software Smartbid. Upon bid invitation, a hyperlink will be provided to access project documents. All addenda will be uploaded through Procore and notifications will be sent to all prospective bidders. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Bids received after the date, time and location specified will not be opened, considered or accepted. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders in the Project Manual for complete bidding information.
Bidder Requests for Information (“RFI”) shall be submitted to the office of the Construction Manager, Triangle Associates, Inc., E-mail Scott Jernberg at scottj@triangle-inc.com.
As required by State Law (P.A. 232 of 2004), all bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between Kalamazoo Regional Educational Service Agency (KRESA) or any employee of the bidder and any member of the school board or the superintendent of the school district; and a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance-Iran Economics Sanctions Act. The District shall not accept a bid that does not include the sworn and notarized disclosure statements.
