Kalamazoo RESA’s self-guided onboarding for new administrators is designed to help you understand performance expectations for the important job you have been hired to perform. Through this process you should expect to learn about Kalamazoo RESA’s mission to serve; its history and culture; its strategic plan and its leadership structure.
You will observe that a good number of our administrative team partakes in your onboarding. Our sincerest hope is that this process will help you to become an integral part of the organization by beginning to develop key relationships. This process has been designed in order that you may feel assisted in your ability to contribute right away.
