    Kalamazoo RESA provides LIVESCAN fingerprinting services for school employees and substitute teachers at the Service Center located at: 1819 E. Milham Avenue, Portage, MI 49002

    Please call 269-250-9200 to schedule an appointment. Appointments are typically done Tuesday mornings and Thursday afternoons.

    What to bring:
    • Valid government issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID or passport)
    • $60 cash or check payable to: Kalamazoo RESA
    • Completed LIVESCAN Background Check Form
