This two-day series invites participants to dig into the Ten Essential Literacy Instructional Practices as they look into research behind student motivation and engagement and small group instruction. In addition, participants will learn explicit instructional routines to support the implementation of the essential instructional practices needed to impact student outcomes.

Through this workshop, early childhood educators will learn about the importance and predictive power of mathematics in the early childhood setting. The workshop will cover the big ideas in mathematics education, as well as how learning trajectories play an integral role in guiding instruction. Educators will have the opportunity to learn and practice high-quality routines that will allow participants to create opportunities for significant mathematical learning in early childhood classrooms.
Career Readiness Roundtable Meeting view course/not available icon
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the most appropriate approaches for all classrooms and students. This meeting will introduce participants to an array of career-readiness options that start with simple approaches in academic classrooms and extend to differentiated instructional practices.
