Although kresa.org has been online for 20 years, we didn't have the foresight to save our original website, which was hard-coded in HTML. After that initial endeavor, we used various website design software - Adobe PageMill, FrontPage and Dreamweaver - before transitioning to a Content Management System site by Schoolwires. The screenshot below is what our Dreamweaver site looked 10 years ago before changing over to Schoolwires later in 2006.
First Website Award
Jackie Smith, our Public Information specialist in 1996, initiated the first build of our website. Jeremy Weidig, a programmer in our former Data Processing division, wrote all the code for the site and Jackie wrote the content. Anne Goodrich, then a REMC graphic artist, created all the .jpg and .gif images in Photoshop.
