Emergency Medical Technology (EMT)

  • Experience the health care field by learning about human physiology, anatomy and basic care skills while dually enrolled at Kalamazoo Valley Community College (KVCC). Through hands-on instruction, students will explore topics such as how to make lifesaving interventions and stabilize patients during transport to a medical facility. Upon successful completion of the Emergency Medical Technology (EMT) course, students will be eligible to sit for the national Registry Basic EMT licensing examination.
