Electrical Technology

Experience hands-on career training in the areas of applied electricity, residential, commercial and industrial wiring and code, as well as safety and first aid while dually enrolled at Kalamazoo Valley Community College (KVCC). Upon successful completion of the Electrical Technology course, students will have the knowledge and ability to wire a residence in accordance to the national electrical code.

Eligibility & Prerequisites
- Available to dually enrolled 12th grade students
- Students provide own transportation
- Students must follow dual enrollment policies and expectations at Kalamazoo Valley Community College
- Extended hours for internship, including loss of spring vacation
