The AT Lending Library gives educators a chance to borrow equipment for assessment before purchase and to access supplies for adapting materials.

Types of equipment available: software, sensory tools, computer peripherals, switch‑activated toys, mobility aids, reference materials, supplies for adapting materials, communication devices, switches, mounts and iPads

Item Request Form

The team uses the Student‑Environment‑Tasks‑Tools (SETT) Framework to guide decisions. This four‑part model promotes collaborative planning from initial consideration through implementation and evaluation.

If a district wants to purchase AT devices or programs costing more than $500, it must submit a proposal to the AT Committee. Proposals are accepted from September through April; to be approved in the current school year, submissions must be received by the April meeting. After approval, complete the Home Use Agreement when the device will be used at home.
