We are a full-service printing department, providing supportive, low-cost printing services for schools and nonprofits across Southwest Michigan.
Our Print Center offers everything from design to print to delivery, so you can focus on your mission while we handle the printing.
Our Services
High-Quality Printing
We produce a wide variety of materials, from everyday business stationery to large posters and banners. Our state-of-the-art digital presses can handle vibrant color prints, sharp black-and-white copies, oversized prints, and more, all at low cost for our educational and nonprofit partners.

Acadience/ DIBELS Materials
Purchase your DIBELS Materials from KRESA print Center.
- You can order Benchmark Materials, Progress Monitoring Materials and the DIBELS Next Assessment Manual
- No need to duplicate the materials yourself
- Your printed materials will be delivered to your school

Seasonal Notepads
Get the notepads you need for every season. All notepads are $0.35 or three for $1, and you can choose from a variety of styles. Check them out and fill out your order form today!
NOTE: Seasonal Notepads cannot be ordered online.
ShredEase Recycling Program
The KRESA Print Center helps you dispose of old documents responsibly. Through our ShredEase service, we securely shred outdated papers and recycle all the shredded material.

Graphic Design & Concept Development
Bring us your ideas or rough drafts, and we’ll help transform them into polished designs. Our team provides layout and graphic arts support to ensure your materials look professional and align with your branding.
Bindery & Finishing
Our skilled bindery staff will cut, collate, staple, fold, number, perforate, and bind your jobs with precision. Finishing options include stapled or spiral binding for booklets, laminating posters for longevity, hole-punching, padding notepads, and more.
Local Delivery
We offer delivery throughout Southwest Michigan for all Print Center clients. Once your project is ready, our dedicated delivery van brings your order straight to your administration building. We coordinate with KRESA’s REMC delivery system as needed to reach every district efficiently.

How to Order
Getting started with the KRESA Print Center is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

- Request a Quote or Consultation
Contact us via our online form or by emailing printcenter@kresa.org. Describe your project (quantity, size, color, etc.) and any design needs. - Submit Your Files
If you have print-ready files, you can upload your file directly through our secure online ordering portal. Need help with design or formatting? Our staff will assist or even create the design for you, ensuring it meets print specifications. We’ll confirm proofs with you before printing to make sure everything is just right.
As a public service, our pricing is designed to recoup costs, not profit. That means you benefit from bulk purchasing and economy of scale. We aim for high-quality printing at a fraction of outside commercial rates. We’ll work with you to find cost-saving options (such as optimal paper sizes or quantities) so you get the best value for your budget.
