Business Office

The KRESA Business Office provides comprehensive financial services to the agency and the broader education community.

We support approximately 30 internal departments and programs, as well as financial operations for ten local school districts in our region. We ensure that public funds are used effectively and transparently, complying with all state and federal reporting requirements. By centralizing these services, the Business Office helps both KRESA programs and local districts operate efficiently and focus on their educational missions.

Who We Serve

In addition to KRESA’s own programs, Kalamazoo RESA’s Business Office also supports the finances of our local educational partners. We serve school districts across the region, acting as a financial partner and fiduciary for certain shared initiatives.

Our Business Office works with each local district’s administration to manage regional funds and services. We also collaborate with local district business managers on compliance and reporting, and offer consultation or business services where needed.
