Early On is a network of services for families who have a child, birth to three years of age, with an identified condition, a developmental delay, or are at risk of a developmental delay. All agencies within the county that provide services for children and families may be a part of this network. A staff person will work with the family to identify their needs and assist them in coordinating with other community services to meet the needs of the child and the family. Funding is provided to obtain necessary services when there are no other resources to cover the services. At age three, the Early On staff person will assist the family in transitioning to the community services that will meet their needs.
