Career Champions
The Career Champions program supports project teams of educators within and across districts, with each team facilitated by a KRESA Career Development Consultant (CDC). The program aims to:
Develop a corps of highly trained career development educator-partners in each school district, and eventually in every building and throughout the community;
Foster relationships among KRESA staff, district educators and community partners that promote trust, reciprocity, inclusivity, collaboration and innovation;
Pilot innovative implementation of career development initiatives, with educators and staff collaborating to test and refine student-focused opportunities;
Create and sustain a professional learning community where Career Champions share resources, ideas, proposals and opportunities for collaboration.
