Financial Literacy

Our Financial Literacy programming supports educators by providing hands-on lessons and experiential learning opportunities that reinforce key financial concepts connected to career awareness and exploration. Through interactive simulations such as Smarties Budgeting in middle school and the Reality Fair in high school, students engage in real-world budgeting experiences that highlight income, savings, credit, insurance, and the financial realities tied to career choices and desired lifestyles. By connecting classroom instruction to authentic financial decision-making, these activities help students understand the relationship between career pathways and long-term financial well-being, empowering them to make informed plans for their future.
