Family Engagement

Our Family Engagement efforts support districts in building a strong culture of family involvement in career learning. Career Connect staff collaborate with district partners to identify and implement effective strategies that meaningfully engage families through conferences, open houses, grade-level transition meetings, and community events. We provide resources and tools that equip families to participate in informed discussions and thoughtful decision-making about their learner’s future. Through these intentional efforts, families gain a clear understanding of Career Connect programs, local career pathways, and educational opportunities, while also connecting with local professionals who offer guidance and answer questions. Together, this work strengthens partnerships between schools and families and empowers families to actively support student success.
