2Gen
2Gen is a paid 7-week summer career exploration program for families. Youth ages 14-18 and an adult in their life will explore their strengths, set goals, and learn about career opportunities in the community.
Families will have support with:
- Exploring a career path
- Building employability skills
- Finding training & educational opportunities

Program Dates: 2026 Summer Program (June 16 – July 28, 2026)
- Application Deadline: May 30, 2026
- Duration: 7 weeks
Program Eligibility:
- Kalamazoo County resident
- Able to attend all program sessions
- Available to commit 2-3 hours each week
- Monetary stipend awarded at the end of program
