These programs are open to all high school students in Kalamazoo County through their local districts.

  • Ages 14-15: 4 week paid career exploration, project-based learning
    and career pathway planning
  • Ages 16-24: 7 week paid internships and professional development
  • $12.50-$13.00/hour

CareerNOW

  • Ages 18-24: Paid 8 Week Career Exploration Opportunities in the fields of Skilled Trades and Healthcare:
    Employability skills training, mentorships, career pathway plan development, and connections to training, employment, and apprenticeships

2Gen

  • 7-week career exploration program for families (youth 14-18 + adult)
  • Families explore their strengths, career interests, and opportunities in the community
  • 2hr weekly sessions with a monetary stipend awarded upon completion

Career Coaching

  • Ages 14-24: Unlock your potential with personalized Career Coaching.
  • Gain skills, craft a customized action plan, and overcome barriers with one-on-one guidance tailored to your unique journey:
