• FA General Ledger

    The General Ledger module is the heart of the Kalamazoo RESA Financial Accounting System. It controls all funds and accounts. This module integrates with the Budget Preparation module. The General Ledger also has fully automatic offset capabilities, plus month-end clearing, and year-end shifting.

    The system can store more than four years of General Ledger history, plus allow concurrent posting of activity in two different fiscal years.
    This portion of the system has been fully updated to comply with the Financial Information Database (FID). FID creation is a simple operation that will formulate the data such that you only need to submit it to the FID website.
