Do you receive email or publications that you distribute to others? If so, you can automate the process by setting up a Rule in Outlook.
An easy way to do this is to right-click on your email and select "Create Rule". Set up your preferences, such as selecting "Subject contains" and then go to the Advanced Options button.
Scroll down to the Next button to see the Distribution options (screen shot below.) If you have a distribution list set up, you can designate your email to automatically forward to everyone on the list. What a time saver!
